How the challenges work

  • A day counts when you complete the challenge’s activity that calendar day (your local clock) — finishing a routine, checking in with a daily widget, or running a quiz session.
  • Runs are consecutive. Practicing yesterday but not yet today keeps your run alive; missing a full calendar day resets it to zero. Your best run is remembered either way.
  • Day thirty is permanent. Reaching thirty consecutive days earns the challenge badge, and an earned badge is never taken back — even if the streak breaks on day thirty-one.
  • Everything is on this device. Progress derives from the same local practice history as your streaks and badges; there is nothing to sign up for.

Warm up first with the custom routine builder, browse the guided practice routines, or start smaller with a seven-day streak — the practice hub tracks those too.
