About String Warrior
A free fretboard, chord, scale, and music theory reference for players of guitar, bass, banjo, ukulele, mandolin, and more than twenty other string instruments.
Why this site exists
Fretboard knowledge shouldn't be locked behind paywalls, accounts, or apps. String Warrior puts chord diagrams, scale patterns, chord progressions, licks, practice exercises, and interactive theory lessons in one fast website that works in any browser — free, with no sign-up.
One idea drives the site: the same musical knowledge applies across every fretted (and bowed) string instrument, so a single reference should cover them all. Pick an instrument and tuning, and every chart on the site redraws for it.
What you'll find

Who builds it
String Warrior is built and maintained by Cyberpunk Industries LLC, a small independent studio of musicians and engineers. Chord voicings and scale data are validated against published reference charts, and the site is continuously updated as instruments and content are added.
